All Huntington Charter Amendments Pass

After eleven votes separated those opposing the City Charter Amendment to drop the engineering license for the public works director hovered all night with voters opposing the change, the final eleven precincts pulled out a win for the amendment to remove the requirement that the Public Works Director possess an engineering license. The final count 4,522 in favor and 4,227 opposed.

Amendments concerning lengthening time for interim positions passed 69%-37%; to rename the Director o Administration & Finance as City Manager passed 70% to 30% and the motor pool update by an 82%-18% margin.
