WV Soccer Earns Wins at U.S. Regional I Championships

(Barboursville, W. Va.) – Six West Virginia teams earned wins during day one at the U.S. Youth Soccer Region I Championships in Barboursville, West Virginia.

Mountaineer United (Morgantown) and West Virginia FC (Charleston/Huntington) had two teams apiece that earned a victory. EPIC Soccer Club (Eastern Panhandle) teams posted a win and a draw, while Fury SC (Morgantown) had one win. Round robin play continues Saturday and Sunday.
