Wayne's Women Defeat Buffalo Putnam in St. Joe Invitational

Buffalo of Putnam at Veteran's Memorial Field House on Thursday night, Jan. 27.
The game originally scheduled to be played on Wednesday night was played on Thursday because of poor weather conditions.
Wayne plays Chesapeake in the Girls Blue Bracket Championship game on Friday (Jan. 28) around 9 PM. Buffalo of Putnam and Lawrence County will meet in the consolation game at 7 PM.
Chesapeake defeated Lawrence County 54-49 to make the championship game on Wednesday night.
