Goodwill to begin Medical Skills Training
The course offers up to 12 hours of college credit from Mountwest Community and Technical College. Course includes such topics as medical terminology, insurance billing & coding, records management, and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2010.
During the last 10 weeks of class, students obtain additional guidance through hands-on training provided by local internship sites. Preparation and payment for certification testing in medical administration is included in the course.
