FLASHBACK: "Grease's" Wall to Wall Hits Hints of Teen Love and Back to School

Whether its a sunny car culture, the dancing duo of Olivia Newton John and John Travolta, or the clumsy teen love story, you've hummed , moved your hips, and laughed over and over at the antics of the 70s musical, "Grease."

Flamboyant and electrifying singing and dancing numbers never slow the story as boy meets girl, loses girl, and wins her back through an exciting parody of 50s lifestyles i.e. James Dean and black leather jacketed hoods.

Marquee brings "Grease" back to the big screen July 31 and Aug. 3 at 2 & 7 p.m. where you can sing-a-long to "Summer Nights," "You're the One that I Want," "Greased Lightning," "Beauty School Drop Out," and "We Go Together."

Variety --- the show business Bible --- wrote,  " Grease has got it, from the outstanding animated titles of John Wilson all the way through the rousing finale as John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John ride off into teenage happiness."

A Colorado writer described the cult classic as, "holding up for new generations because it captures the enthusiasm of youth and the vibrancy of California's sunshine-and-cars culture."
