Additional Flashback Cinema Titles ---  John Carpenter's "Halloween," "A Christmas Story"

Flashback Cinema's has Hitchcock's "Psycho," Oct. 23 & 26, will have Janet Leigh once again checking into the Bates Motel where Anthony Perkins is consumed by the phrase, "a boy's best friend is his mother." The classic rolls Oct. 23 & 26 at 2 & 7 p.m. at select Marquee Cinemas.

John Carpenter's original "Halloween" scares on Oct. 31 and Nov. 2 should reeducate viewers on how to derive chills sans spilling any blood.

One of the cutest and most quotable comedies has Mandy Patinkin and Chris Sarandon co-starring in "The Princess Bride," Nov 8 & 9.

Bogart, Bergman and Claude Rains stars in the romance icon from another era, "Casablanca" runs Nov. 13 & 16.

The Flashback series then turns to a line up of films of Christmas past, including "A Christmas Story" Nov 20 & 23; Polar Express, Nov. 27 & 30; White Christmas, Dec. 4 & 7; National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation Dec. 11 & 14; and "It's a Wonderful Life" , Dec. 18, 21 and on Christmas Eve.

 

Select Marquee Cinemas hold the weekly  Sunday and Wednesday screenings at select megaplexes in WV --- Pullman Square 16 (Huntington), Southridge (Charleston), Galleria (Beckley) and Highland 14 (Tridelphia).
