Huntington, WV – Multi-platinum recording artists Gavin Degraw and Andy Grammer are performing live in concert at the Keith-Albee Performing Arts Center Friday, October 21 @ 7:30. Both artists, along with special guest Wrabel, will be performing some of their chart-topping singles while entertaining us with their outstanding voices.

Gavin Degraw is no stranger to the top of the charts. This Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter had his first breakthrough in 2003 when he released his album Chariot, which included hot singles such as “I Don’t Want To Be,” and “Follow Through,” and of course the very popular title-track “Chariot.” The album received platinum certification leading to even more success for Degraw.

Gavin’s self-titled second album debuted at No. 1 on the digital sales chart and at No. 7 on Billboard’s Top 200 album chart in 2008, earning Gavin his first Top 10 album. It spawned the hit singles “In Love With A Girl,” which Billboard dubbed “a rocking homerun,” and the gold-certified single “We Belong Together.”

In 2009, Gavin released Free as a gift to his die-hard fans that were wildly anticipating recorded versions of Gavin’s live favorites. DeGraw released his third studio album, Sweeter, in September 2011. The album’s first single, “Not Over You,” co-written with OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder, reached #1 on the Hot AC charts, was a top 10 hit on Top 40, and was certified double platinum.

Degraw released yet another popular album in October 2016 titled Make a Move, leading up to him receiving a Grammy nomination for “We Both Know,” a song he co-wrote with Colbie Calliat for the 2013 film “Safe Haven.”

Gavin is currently in the recording studio working on another full length album for anticipating audiences which is due to release in the fall of this year.

Starting off as a hustling street performer from Santa Monica, Andy Grammer quickly made his way to multi-platinum selling recording artist after being discovered by his current manager, Ben Singer, and was signed to S-Curve Records almost instantly.

In 2011 Grammer became the first male pop star in a decade to reach the Top 10 at Adult Pop Radio on his first two singles, "Keep Your Head Up" and "Fine By Me.” With much success, the album was certified platinum and gold and sold more than 1.5 million downloads combined.

On top of reaching such a huge amount of success in such a short period of time, Grammer has sold over 250,000 albums and played to audiences in several sold-out venues across the country. Andy has also performed with several other popular artists of the millennial generation such as Taylor Swift, Train, and Colbie Caillat.

Grammer released his second album Magazines and Novels in 2014 which included the multi-platinum hit single "Honey, I'm Good" that sold over 3 million copies and climbed to #1 on the Adult Pop Radio charts. Other popular songs from this album included “Good to be Alive (Hallelujah) and “Back Home.”

Opening act Wrabel was born 27 years ago on Long Island. His father was a salesman, and by the time he was in high school he had lived all over the country, even as far as Australia. Over and over he was the new kid in school. “I kind of liked it,” he says “although I was scared of being the weird kid.” Music became a passion in middle school. Wrabel specializes in music that telescopes small moments into songs with big impact. On tracks like “11 Blocks” and “Gimme Your Love,” the drums may get huge, but the feelings are deeply personal. This is pop music rooted in the singer-songwriter tradition, and it all starts with Wrabel sitting at a piano, fighting for self-expression and survival.
