Marquee Pullman to Host Cast of Huntington's Upcoming Outdoor Musical

 Cast members from the upcoming Huntington Area Regional Theater (HART) outdoor production of "Beauty and the Beast" will visit Marquee Cinema's Pullman Square Saturday for a meet and greet.

The festivities will occur in the theater foyer March 18 from 6-7:30 p.m.

It coincides with the opening of Disney's live action "Beauty and the Beast" in RealD 3D and 2D nationwide. Locally, cinemas will hold an advance showing Thursday March 16 @ (roughly) 7 p.m. Check individual websites for specifics.

The local musical production of "Beauty and the Beast" runs June 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30, July 1 & 2, 2017 in the Ritter Park Amphitheater. Adults are $15, Seniors and Children are $12

On Thursday March 16 at 590 select Regal, Cinemark and Marcus Theaters RealD join an exclusive promotion in concert with RealD having converted the Beauty and the Beast music video performed by Ariana Grande and John Legend into 3D, as well as behind the scenes clips from the film's production.

A limited number of keepsakes from the Disney film and concession specials will be available at participating cinemas. Select Cinemark locations will provide a special rose, according to a RealD release from Boxoffice Magazine.

(Editor's Note: Based on film distribution numbers, the "select" cinemas are likely to be in large and medium large cities, like  "limited" film platform releases. HNN found that the nearest 6 p.m. "fan" events are in Lexington, Ky., Columbus or  Cincinnati, Ohio. On line tickets are available at a premium price. Regal's Lexington, Ky. cinema lists the "fan event" @ between $24.50-$27.50. )
