Marshall Topples Tulane 63-44

With the win, Marshall improves to 14-8 (5-3 C-USA) while Tulane falls to 14-8 (2-6 C-USA).
Tulane opened with an early 10-5 lead but Marshall outscored the Green Wave 30-12 over the rest of the half to take a 35-22 halftime lead.
DeAndre Kane led the Herd in scoring with 13 points. Shaquille Johnson scored 12 while Robert Goff and Damier Pitts scored 10 points apiece.
Dennis Tinnon pulled down 12 rebounds leading Marshall to a 45-22 advantage on the boards. The Herd turned 20 offensive rebounds into 16 points while the Green Wave turned 5 offensive rebounds into just 2 points.
