Huntington High Loses Sectional to Logan

The Cougers jumped out on top early taking a 16-8 lead at the end of the first period and then going into the intermission up 32-23.
Give the Highlanders credit they came back from being down 42-24 in the third period to scoring a high of 28 points in the fourth period to make the score 59-56 in favor of Logan by three.
Huntington High tried to foul at the end of the game, but Logan was able to make the foul shots and hold off the Highlander rally for the 61-58 win.
Huntington High travels to South Charleston and Logan will host Winfield in co-final regional basketball games next week.
