The vacant former Stella Fuller Settlement structure, 300 Washington Avenue, has been destroyed by fire. Members of the Huntington Fire Department answered the dispatch at about 6:26 p.m. Sunday evening Feb. 26. The vacant building did not have electricity connected. A series of arson fires have occurred in recent weeks. HPD recently made an arrest in the alleged torching of an apartment building on W. 9th Street that left up to 18 people without shelter.
