WAYNE,WV (HNN) Point Pleasant was leading Wayne in a high school boy's basketball game when the lights went out at Wayne with about four minutes left to play in the game at Wayne on Thursday night. When the lights went out Point Pleasant was leading and it was thought they would be declared the winner.   High school  boy's sectional play started on Saturday for some West Virginia teams.
