Children could learn how to plant and actually plant some flowers. One exhibit showed how important farming is. Has the exhibitor said, "No farm, no food."
West Virginia Agricultural candidate Sally Shepherd was showing how to raise plants for pellet production that could be used in heating stoves and a possible substitute for coal burning.
Some were enjoying dancing to the beat of drums playing. There was a good attendance with good learning opportunities.
