(HUNTINGTON,WV)  The Marshall University softball team won two games against Morehead State on Wednesday afternoon playing at  Dot Hicks Field.In the first game Marshall struck early scoring five runs in the second inning.   Marshall pitcher Andi Williamson held Morehead to one run and struck out nine batters.    Marshall finished off Morehead in the fourth  inning for a 10-1 win shortened mercy rule game.


 Marshall won the second game 7-4 having to come from behind. The Herd will play Longwood University this Saturday (April 20) in a double header starting  at 1 PM
