The six member cast is made up of Sara Booth playing Corie Bratter, Stephen Vance playing Paul Bratter, Karen Pruitt playing Ethel Banks, Clint McElroy playing Victor Velasco, Derek Ross playing the telephone man and Charles Woolcock plays the delivery man.
The play takes place on a cold February in a top floor apartment on East 48th. St. in New York City. Many married couples will likely relate to some or part of the situations portrayed in the play.
These six actors had the audience of under 100 laughing at the Renaissance Center on Sunday afternoon. The cast Sunday afternoon received a standing ovation.
Give credit to director Bill Neal and assistant director Mary P. Williams for making the "Barefoot in the Park," with six actors come off so well.
"Barefoot in the Park," has two dinner/show performances remaining April 8/9 with dinner at 6:30 p.m. and the show at 8 p.m. The April 10 showing is a 2 p.m. matinee. For more information call 304-733-2787.
