Kentucky Freshman Sen. Rand Paul Condemns Obama's Libya Decision

Edited by Tony Rutherford from Multiple Reports

Freshman Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) delivers a Senate speech condemning the actions of the United States and President Obama "to go to war" with Libya without a debate in Congress.

Sen. Paul states that this action violates the Constitution, as for example, the security of the US was not in danger. Congress , he said, has allowed itself to become a doormat and rubber stamp for the executive branch.
