HUNTINGTON, WV (HNN) -  The Marshall University softball team made it 30 wins for the season  with a 6-2 victory over Wright State at Dot Hicks Field on Wednesday afternoon.Marshall's Jazmine Valle hit her tenth home run of the season and drove in four runs to help the Herd score six runs. 


Marshall pitcher Andi Williamson pitched six shut out innings.   Her strike out total is 219 the second best in school history for a softball season.  Marshall is 30-18 overall.  Wright State is 20-27 overall.
