Huntington Hammer Falls to Kentucky's River Monsters
Huntington played with the Northern Kentucky team and made a game of it holding the River Monsters to a one point 24-23 in the third quarter .
Northern Kentucky took control of the game in the Fourth Quarter and stopped Huntington with strong defense allowing no more points and scoring 20 points from their offense.
The River Monster offense is anchored by 320 pound quarterback Jared Lorenzen that was 20 of 43 in passing and threw for 239 yards with two interceptions.
Lorenzen, a former New York Giants quarterback and University of Kentucky standout also runs the ball effectively plunging over the goal line for two touchdowns.
The Huntington Hammer found they could stop the 320 pound running back Lorenzen some of the time, but not all the time.
