Three Shot on Jefferson Avenue, Police Need Help Locating Suspect

Huntington Police need the public's help in locating a suspect wanted in connection with a West End shooting on Wednesday night. The three people were shot in the 1700 block of Jefferson Avenue, according to Cabell 911 dispatch. Apparently, a man walked to the door of an apartment and when the door opened gun fire started. Some reports state that up to eight shots were fired. Three victims were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police are on the scene as well as EMS. In addition, Child Protective Services have been notified, according to WSAZ.com.
