HPD make second arrest in Foster Ave. murders

The Huntington Police Department has arrested Thomas M. White, Age 21 of Huntington and charged him with two counts of felony murder.  Mr. White has been hospitalized since November 6th, 2012 for treatment of a gunshot wound.  Mr. White’s charges are a result of his involvement in the murders which took place at 1939 Foster Avenue on November 6th.  In that incident Darrell Fuqua, age 22, of Detroit MI was shot and killed on the scene.  Devonte Penn, age 17, of Detroit MI was shot and succumbed to his injuries on November 11, 2012.  Huntington Police previously arrested Rocky Williams, age 19, of Huntington and charged him with one count of felony murder for  his role in the incident.  Mr. Williams will now be charged with a second count of felony murder in connection to the death of Devonte Penn.  Mr. White will be arraigned before Cabell County Magistrate after being processed at the Huntington Police Department.  
The investigation is ongoing and there will be no further information released at this time
