HURA, HMDA Holding Meetings Monday Nov. 19

The Huntington Urban Renewal Authority and the Huntington Municipal Development Authority will hold meetings Monday, Nov. 19. HURA holds its regular meeting at 1:30 p.m. at Huntington City Hall.

Following at 4:00 p.m., HMDA holds its regular and annual meeting for officer election in Council Chambers at City Hall.

After the pledge and roll call, the HMDA agenda will be as follows:

4. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting held on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 and the Regular Meeting held on Monday, October 15, 2012. 

 

5. A review of the October 2012 Financial Statement.

 

6. Annual Meeting: Election of Officers

 

7. Director’s Report

 

8. New Business/Unfinished Business
