Huntington's Third and Fourth Avenues began looking a whole lot like Christmas Thursday, Nov. 29, as the annual parade brought floats, bands and spectators to Downtown.
Dedicated to local heroes, Medal of Honor winner Woody Williams served as grand marshal. Organized by the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce, the parade contained about 125 units. Among local heroes honored were police, firefighters, EMT's, military veterans, and teachers.
The parade wound up with the Christmas tree lighting at Pullman Square.
