CHARLESTON, W.Va. - The West Virginia Republican Party is excited to announce a Lincoln Day Dinner to be held Friday, February 8th at the Charleston Marriott. The event will be an opportunity to celebrate the kick-off of the 2013 Legislative Session, with the largest number of Republicans serving in the House of Delegates in over 80 years.

"Our Lincoln Day Dinner will be a great time for all Republicans to gather and celebrate our successes in 2012 as we look ahead to even greater things to come during the 2014 election cycle," said West Virginia Republican Chairman Conrad Lucas.

The keynote speaker will be Rep. Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) who recently announced a bid for the United States Senate. Special guest will be newly elected Attorney General Patrick Morrisey. Sponsors of the event will also have the opportunity to participate in a legislative roundtable with Del. Tim Armstead (R-Kanawha) and Senator Mike Hall (R-Putnam).
