 Water levels from the wet January 2013 creep partially over a road near Rt. 7 . The Ohio River crested. More runoff can be anticipated, however, from snow melts across the region. Likely, the stretched levels of accumulations will prevent waters from surging further out of the banks of rivers, streams and creeks throughout the West Virginia, Ohio & Kentucky.
