Marshall Symphony Concert Tuesday

The Marshall University Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Elizabeth Reed Smith, presents a concert geared to families and children.


The program:
Sicilian Vespers Overture - Verdi
Last movement of Piano Concerto in Bb, K 595 - Mozart
Peter and the Wolf - Prokofiev
Sea Songs Quick March - Vaughan Williams

Soloist in the Mozart will be Christianna Dixon, winner of the 2013 Young People's Concert Competition.
Dr. Larry Stickler will narrate Peter and the Wolf.
