HPD Officer Koher Named WV DUI Officer of Year

Huntington  Police Officer Joseph W. Koher has been named West Virginia's DUI Officer of the Year by the Governor's Highway Safety Program. Koher made 251 DUI arrests in 2012.

Larry Kendall, the city's traffic safety director and administrator of the local program, told council, "He's already in first place statewide for 2013 with 25 arrests."
