Ohio Attorney General Holding News Conference Following Sunday's Steubenville verdict

Both the prosecution and defense have rested their case in the non-jury trial of two teens accused of raping another teenager and posting graphic videos of the incident on the internet. The case will be decided by a judge, not a jury, and the finding will be whether the two accused Setubenville high school football players are delinquent.

Following the judge's verdict, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine will hold a press conference at the  courthouse. The Ohio Attorney General's Office has been prosecuting the case on behalf of the Jefferson County Prosecutor.

The two sides conflict on whether the young woman who was apparently heavily consuming alcohol gave consent. She awoke later in a strange location missing her underwear, shoes and phone.
