Take a look at some of the preparation, speech and those gathering after the State of the City address Friday afternoon, Feb. 14. Mayor Steve Williams has proposed a 3% pay raise for employees, as well as avoiding the earlier proposed Stormwater Start Up Fee by combining the Huntington Sanitary Board, Floodwall Division and Stormwater Program under the HSB.
