Huntington Celebrating Train Day Saturday

Huntington will celebrate the many benefits trains bring to the nation at the seventh annual National Train Day from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 3, at Heritage Station. The event is free and open to the public.


Train enthusiasts will have the opportunity to walk through Amtrak railcars, privately-owned luxury train and freight cars. There also will be lots of family-friendly activities, appearances by local dignitaries and food and entertainment.
