Alzheimers Association to Host Potluck Dinner

The Alzheimer’s Association West Virginia Chapter is hosting a Potluck Dinner for persons with Early Stage Alzheimer’s and their families to join Chapter staff and medical students from the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University on Thursday, August 14. The Potluck Dinner will begin at 4:30 PM at the Erma Ora Byrd Clinical Center, located at 1249 15th Street in Huntington. 

The dinner will be held following the three week Living with Alzheimer’s workshop series presented by select medical students with training and guidance from the Alzheimer’s Association, West Virginia Chapter. The dinner is open to anyone seeking support in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.
