Hampton Inn Coming to Kinetic Park

HUNTINGTON, WV (HNN) - A special meeting has been called of the Huntington Municipal Development Authority to sell two acres at Kinetic Park to H & W Hotels. Their website announces that one of their 2012 projects is a Hampton Inn at Huntington, WV.

The meeting will be Tuesday September 27 at 4 p.m. H & W will pay $660,000  for two acres.

Agenda for the meeting includes authorization to pay EMD Holdings  for the redundant power ($200,000) , the remediation for the fill dirt ($34,614.72) and remediation for the misdirected utilities ($36,614.72).
