21 at the Frederick to host evening to support CHH Children's Hospital
HUNTINGTON, WV -Mark Cross, owner of 21 at the Frederick, didn't have to
look outside of his downtown restaurant when he wanted to find a way to
support the building of a Children's Hospital at Cabell Huntington
Hospital.
Cross decided he could help by simply inviting people over for dinner at
his fine dining restaurant at 940 Fourth Ave. Customers who dine at 21
at the Frederick on Thursday, January 27, will help Cross. He will
donate 21 percent of the proceeds from dinner that night to the
Children's Hospital project at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
"I grew up here in Huntington, I have two children who were born there
at Cabell Huntington Hospital and I want to support the effort to have a
first class children's hospital here in the Huntington," Cross said.
"This is a great opportunity for me to get people into my restaurant and
help this project move forward."
Reservations are recommended for Thursday's dinner that will feature the
usual fresh and homemade meals from Cross' kitchen. Reservations begin
at 5 p.m., and can be made by calling (304) 529-0222.
