Where can you find an exquisite selection of fine wine and tobacco?

The answer is La Fontaine's in the Frederick Building in downtown Huntington, managed by Bill Gleason.

La Fontaine's has a rich history in the Frederick. There has been tobacco on
sale in the Frederick since its completion in 1906. Starting as only a little cigar cart, La Fontaine's has evolved into an open-air shoppe that houses everything from cigarettes to pipe accessories.

Bob and Melanie Gleason, the owners of La Fontaine's and Wellman O'Shea Jewelers, have stocked their store with a bountiful selection of cigars, wines, cigarettes, and accessories that are hard to find anywhere else. La Fontaine's is also home to one of the area's only walk-in humidors, which houses fine cigars such as Arturo, Fuente, Partagas, Monte Christo, and Romeo and Julietta. These cigars range in price from under $2.00 to $25.00. For the more avid enthusiast, these fine cigars are available to be purchased by the box.

La Fontaine's also carries hard to find cigarettes along side your traditional smokes. They carry Dunhill, Fantasia, Players (Which I highly recommend to those who don't require a filter), and a variety of clove cigarettes for your smoking pleasure.

You can't mention La Fontaine's without mentioning its wine selection. The
Gleasons sell over 100 different varieties of wines and host wine tasting
approximately five times a year. The wines range in price from $6.95 to $200.

La Fontaine's also has a large selection of pipes ranging in price from $20.00 to $200 and lighters bearing such names as Zippo, and Colibri.

The shoppe also has a wide variety of refreshments and small stock of music
CDs on sale as well.

La Fontaine's is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and
10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday (You have to go to Wellman O'Shea and
Bill will happily escort you back to La Fontaine's). There are also extended
hours during the holidays.

Special orders and mail merchandising are also available.
