Newscast Number One: Jeremy Scahill-Author: 'Blackwater'

A new online newscast was launched recently called Real News Network that features news you won't see on mainstream, corporate-owned media. That's because they're owned by the people. They raised an initial $7 million for their launch, and it shows. The graphics, set and quality production values show. It's an impressive little package.
In this first newscast, author Jeremy Scahill gives an angry speech to the group Iraq Veterans Against the War, (IVAW) at the 'Winter Soldier' 2008 Conference.
Here, he's preaching to the choir--vets who oppose the war-- and he gives an horrific account you've probably never heard, of what happened that day in Iraq when 17 Iraqi civilians, who were unlucky enough to encounter the heavily armed and known killer mercenary army hired by us to do the Bush administration's real dirty work in Iraq, known as Blackwater Worldwide [recently upgraded from merely Blackwater USA].
Owned by 39 year-old Eric Prince, who was recently called to task, if only barely, on capitol hill for those murders, [as determined by both the United States Army and the FBI,] where it was discovered that Blackwater is virtually bulletproof.
They ARE literally above the law. Watch and weep. It's mind-boggling and you're not likely to hear about it elsewhere, much less watch it.
