Charleston (HNN) – Kenny Chesney will appear in concert on Wednesday evening, Aug, 10, 2005 in the Charleston Civic Center Coliseum. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.
 
Chesney, CMA's reigning Entertainer of the Year, will be joined on stage by Gretchen Wilson and Pat Green.
 
Chesney has combines a Caribbean party atmosphere with arena rock producton and down-home country charm to create one of the most unique concert experiences on tour today. His 2004 tour out-sold every tour except Prince, and lead to capturing the coveted CMA Entertainer of the Year award. His 2004 release "When the Sun Goes Down" was the CMA album of the year, and his current album, "Songs from the Old Blue Chair" was released January 25, 2005.
