Justice ‘Spike’ Maynard to Keynote BSA Major Gifts Luncheon Thursday

Huntington, WV (HNN) – West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals Justice Elliott E. "Spike" Maynard will be the keynote speaker at Major Gifts Luncheon of Tri-State Area Council, BSA noon Thursday, March 23, 2006 at Guyan Country Club.
 
Williamson, WV native Maynard has over 30 years of service to the Boy Scouts of America and presently serves on the Executive Board of the Buckskin Council in Charleston, WV. B. C. "Bundy" McGinnis III, is chairman of the Major Gifts Luncheon which is expected to attract more than 250 community and business leaders. The council serves 7,000 youths yearly in the 10 counties in the Tri-State in West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio. Over 45 volunteers are serving as table host. Vice Chairs for the luncheon are Maurice Clark, David Coughenour, John Liller, David Lunsford, George Lambros and Carl Bowen.
