Q: "How long have you been located in Huntington?"
A: "We've been here since 73."
Q: "Were you always located in the Arcade?"
A: "We used to be located where Daniellos Pizza is now. We moved to the Arcade soon after. My brother decided to move to Florida, and I took over the business."
Q: "What types of tailoring do you do?"
A: "We do anything and everything made by material. We can tailor fit anything." George's Tailoring offers custom tailored suits and alteration services for both men and women.
Q: "What would you say has been the cornerstone of your success?"
A: "We've been here since 73. All that time, we've seen other shops come in and go out. We see them open and close in 3 to 4 years. We're doing something right for us to still be in business."
Q: "What kind of advice would you give to someone looking to start a business for the first time?"
A: "Good work, good quality and keep your business hours consistent and reasonable. If you keep coming in late, they'll never come back. If you want to stay open late for a special customer, great. If you want to change your open hours to later, then do it consistently."
