What’s the Difference Between Sex then Gas and Getting Gas After He Buys You Dinner?
Dear Editor,
Just a quick question or two.
I'm in VA so maybe the law is different in KY.
I don't understand why the lady in KY got charged for prostitution when it wasn't money that changed hands. If the guy had gone with her to the gas station and literally pumped the gas tank full for her and paid for it at the cashiers himself, would it have honestly made any difference?
Honest to goodness, WHAT is the difference between getting gas, and having sex after the guy buys you dinner?

EDITOR’S NOTE: Yes, the laws of states vary. As do the enforcement of laws. In the Kentucky case, a law enforcement officer observed the sex for gas card exchange at the Day’s Inn.
