A Conversation With Chief Holbrook
Only Months into his Tenure in Huntington Holbrook Talked About Being the Chief

In part one of an hour-long interview with Huntington Police Chief Skip Holbrook in his first months on the job, he talks about crime in Huntington, and how he expected the HPD to deal with it. This was taped last summer, right about the time of a series of meth lab busts, a home invasion, armed robberies and the appearance of OxyContin on the street. Crack sales and prostitution were still big problems but the heroin overdose deaths had not yet occurred. Nor had there been any murders on the new chief's watch.
