Prior to Chief Skip Holbrook's arrival last June, there were alleged to have been some cases of police misconduct in the handling of suspects or in one case, that an officer attacked a man. Several cases went to civil litigation. We asked Chief Holbrook what he would do if such situations were to occur under his command. Click the picture to see his response.
