OU Southern Campus Student to host – 'United Way Walk-A-Thon'

Huntington, WV (HNN) – Jason Sayre, a Ohio University Southern Campus student, will hold the first ever, “United Way Walk-A-Thon” on Saturday, May 17, 2008 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Ironton High School track.
Those interested in sponsoring a walker and/or walking in the event are encouraged to pre-register by emailing UWwalk2008@hotmail.com or calling 740.533.7636.
There is a $10 entry for all walkers. Walkers will receive a free t-shirt and have the opportunity to win door prizes. All proceeds will benefit Lawrence County United Way partner agencies.
