Candidate for Magistrate Hospitalized

Huntington, WV (HNN) - Magistrate Alvie Qualls has entered St. Mary's Hospital, according to a Huntington television station. No word on the reason for Qualls hospitalization. Currently, the long time magistrate has been suspended from office pending a final ruling on ethics violation by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
