Three Questioned in Murder of Highlawn Minister

Huntington, WV (HNN) – The West Virginia State Police, acting on a tip by a reader, have interviewed three people at 32 Idle Acres regarding the murder of Rev. Mark McCalla. The home belongs to Marie Finley and a vehicle with a New York license plate was found in front of it.
State police have taken multiple rifles, hand guns and computers.
The Herald-Dispatch reported additional details, including a quote attributed to a Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputy that one of the guns may match one owned by the minister.
The man taken in for questioning had been serving in Iraq and according to the H-D had been stationed at one time at Fort Drum in NY.
McCalla was found shot in the head at a rifle range at or near the Beech Fork State Park Thursday, June 19, 2008.
