Police Seek D.C. Parole Violator in Homicide

Huntington, WV (HNN) – Huntington Police detectives have issued a first degree murder warrant for Roger Lewis Coleman, Jr., whom they have charged in connection with the Sunday shooting of James Green III.
Green had been shot in the face. He was found in the street near 1149 Ninth Avenue.
The suspect, wanted for a drug related parole violation in Washington, D.C., allegedly shot the victim following an argument over CD's.
Law enforcement needs your help in locating Coleman, who is likely still in the immediate area. He may be carrying a large amount of ammunition so he is considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, call 911 or 696-4499. Do not approach him.
