Children's Home Society of WV Celebrates Founders Day

Huntington, WV (HNN) -- The Children's Home Society of West Virginia celebrated Founders Day at Heritage Farm and Museum on Saturday afternoon, June 13, 2009.
The organization was founded 113 years ago in 1896 in Charleston, WV. The Children's Home Society of West Virginia offers adoption services, foster care and short term care for children.
Huntington Mayor Kim Wolfe read a proclamation. Delegate Doug Reynolds also spoke about the organization that has an office in major West Virginia cities.
