Zombie-Walk Slated for Friday in Ashland Town Center

Ashland, KY (HNN) -- To promote the Friday, Oct. 2 release of the upcoming Sony pictures film ZombieLand, Cinemark Movies 10 and Ashland Town Center will be holding the first-ever area ZOMBIE-WALK!!!
Participants will need to appear in costume at 6:30 pm in the Ashland Town Center food court on Friday, Oct. 2. Zombies will then march down the mall concourse, outside, under the viaduct and to the Cinemark Movies 10 entrance just in time for contests and the 7:35 pm showing of Zombie-Land.
Ashland Town Center is located at 500 Winchester Avenue, Ashland, Kentucky, 41101.
Zombie participants will be given a free junior popcorn before the show!
The first 350 zombies will be given a free ZombieLand mini-poster!
Prizes will be awarded for BEST WORST-LOOKING ZOMBIE! BEST ZOMBIE CHEERLEADER! BEST ZOMBIE ATHLETE! BEST ZOMBIE CLOWN! and BEST ZOMBIE CREW (5-8 zombie employees, dressed in their employer's uniform).
Zombie face painting will be available for those who don't have time to ZOMBIFY themselves! Call 606-324-3128 for details!
Editor's Note: Tickets for a later showing of ZombieLand will be also be available. Be sure to purchase advance tickets for the October 2nd 7:35 pm showing of ZombieLand. Please remember - all ages are encouraged to participate in the ZOMBIE-WALK. However, ZombieLand is Rated R, and Cinemark's Rated R policy will apply to those wanting to view the film.
