Huntington, WV (HNN) – The case against actor/comedian Andy Dick scheduled for Cabell County Magistrate Court has been continued until March 29, according to a court clerk.

Dick is charged with sexual abuse for allegedly groping at two men at Rum Runners following a Friday show January 23.

He is charged with two felony counts of sexual abuse and spent about eleven hours in the Western Regional Jail before the owner of the Funny Bone posted 10% cash bond ($6,000).

Although the clerk could not confirm his attorney, a separate TV report indicates that celebrity attorney Mark Geragos will represent Dick at the March 29 hearing. Geragos' clients have included Michael Jackson, Winona Ryder as well as politician Gary Condit.

It is unknown if the comedian will personally appear at the 10:30 a.m. March 29 hearing.
