High School Parents Invited to Learn about Cyber Safety at Special Monday Night Event

The Cyber Safety Committee is pleased to announce a special informational night for Cabell Midland and Huntington High School parents on Monday, March 22 at 6:00 P.M. The meeting will take place at the Holiday Inn at Barboursville.
Featured speakers include Christopher Vance, a computer forensic specialist working for the Marshall Forensics Lab and Sergeant Paul Koerner with the West Virginia State Police. Both individuals have expert knowledge and experience dealing with the issues of online safety facing today’s teens; cyber bullying, sexting, social networking.
Food will be provided and those in attendance will be eligible for door prizes, including digital video cameras, netbook, and iPods.
