- AOL Users: AOL users may have difficulties with the Unicast streams and are advised to use the HTTP streams instead.
- Mozilla/Firefox/Netscape Users: There have been issues with these browsers. All we can say is make sure you have the latest version, plugins, and that it can support an embedded Windows Media Player.
- Real Streams: These are streams using the RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol). You need a RTSP capable video player to use these, such as Real Player or Windows Media Player 10
- Fullscreen stream: When the video starts playing, Right click on it and select Zoom -> Full Screen
