Polaris Industries Inc. is recalling Select "Outlaw IRS" ATVs, Model Year 2006-2008 sold nationwide from January 2006 to January 2008. A retention bolt can come loose causing the rear wheels to lock up, which poses a risk of serious injury to the rider.
 
The recall involves select 2006-2008 Polaris “Outlaw” ATVs with Independent Rear Suspension (IRS). The affected models are:

The model name is printed on decals located on either side of the fuel tank.

KAWASAKI MOTORCYCLES
 
Kawasaki Motors Corp. U.S.A. is recalling Kawasaki KLX140 Off-Road Motorcycles sold nationwide from January 2008 to February 2008. One or more of the motorcycle’s frame welds could be missing or made incorrectly allowing the frame to crack or break, posing a risk of serious injury to riders.
 
This recall involves 2008 Kawasaki KLX140A8F/B8F off-highway motorcycles. They are green in color and have “Kawasaki” identification on the sides of the fuel tank and KLX140 underneath the seat on both sides.
 
Consumers should contact their authorized Kawasaki dealer to arrange for a free inspection and repair.

GIRLS’ SWEATSHIRTS
 
Rebelette International Trading Corp. is recalling Girls’ Hooded Sweatshirts sold nationwide from July 2007 to September 2007. The sweatshirt jackets have a drawstring through the hood which poses a strangulation hazard
 
The recalled hooded sweatshirts zip up the front, and are either blue with pink stripes on the sleeves with “Red Hot Chili Steppers” printed on the front, or brown with blue stripes on the sleeves with “Powder Puffs Touch League” on the front. The sweatshirts were sold in children’s sizes small, medium, large, and sizes 4, 5, 6, and 6X. “REBELETTE of Los Angeles” is printed on the collar label.
 
Consumers should return the sweatshirt to the place of purchase.

Infantino LLC is recalling Infantino Lamb Grabby Rattles™ sold nationwide from September 2007 to February 2008. The tail-piece on the rattles can detach, posing a choking hazard.
 
The recalled Infantino Lamb Grabby Rattles™ are shaped like a lamb with an Infantino elliptical-shaped logo stamped on the front right foot of the lamb. Only rattles with date code 0907 printed on the back of the left ear of the lamb are included in the recall. The production batch code is printed in a dial format with the year in the middle of a circle and an arrow pointing to the number on the circle that indicates the month.

ELECTRIC GRILLS
 
QVC and Tristar Products Inc. are recalling Electric Contact Grills sold nationwide from May 2007 to August 2007. Cooking oils or sprays applied to the grill’s cooking plates before preheating can cause the oil to ignite and/or flare up. Cooking sprays can ignite and/or flare up if used on the grill at any time.
 
This recall involves a dual surface electric contact grill sold under the “Hulk Hogan’s Ultimate Grill” brand. The grills are silver/gray in color, have removable cooking plates, a cassette to catch drippings, and fold for storage or transport. Model number PZ-3012 is printed on a silver label attached to the back of the grills.

Hamilton Beach Brands Inc. is recalling Hamilton Beach® and Proctor-Silex® Toasters sold nationwide from August 2007 to February 2008. The toasters can remain “on” (energized) after popping up, and can ignite flammable items covering or in contact with the toaster, posing a fire hazard.
 
The recalled Hamilton Beach® and Proctor-Silex® toasters are black, red, white, chrome or brushed chrome with 2-slice or 4-slice openings. Hamilton Beach or Proctor-Silex is printed on the side of the toasters. Only specific series codes of each model are included in this recall. AIR COMPRESSORS
 
All-Power America is recalling Strike Force™ Portable Air Compressors sold nationwide at Advance Auto Parts stores and online at www.partsamerica.com from October 2006 to December 2007. The compressor’s motor can overheat and ignite the protective cover, posing a fire hazard to consumers. Also, the cover might not prevent internal components from being touched, which poses an electrical shock hazard.
 
The recall involves the 4.6 gallon, 3.5 HP Strike Force™ brand portable air compressor and includes the following model and serial numbers:

CANDLE HOLDERS SOLD AT PIER 1 IMPORTS
 
Pier 1 Imports Recalls is recalling Silver Square Tealight Candle Holder sold nationwide by Pier 1 Imports from June 2007 to December 2007. The spacing of the holes in a concentrated pattern allows the holder to heat-up. This can cause the tealights to burn unexpectedly fast and with a higher flame height than normal, posing a fire hazard.
 
The metal Tealight Candle Holder measures 7” x 7” and has a silver metallic top with a black base. It has nine square openings for use with tealight candles. The product’s SKU number 2174941 can be located on the bottom of the base.
 
Consumers should return the candle holders to any Pier 1 Imports store for a refund of the purchase price or a store credit.
